Work is not scheduled to begin until the agreed documentation is in place and any required mobilisation payment has cleared.

Work is reviewed throughout the project and again as completion approaches.

Any incomplete or defective items identified during the completion review are recorded and addressed through an agreed snagging and close-out process.

The Client is kept informed of significant progress, required decisions, variations and matters that may affect cost or timing.

Once the contracted works are substantially complete, we carry out a final review and confirm any remaining close-out items.

The project is then handed over with the relevant information, which may include:

• Final account details
• Completion documentation
• Product or manufacturer information
• Certificates, where applicable
• Agreed aftercare arrangements

Our involvement does not end at handover.

Where applicable, we explain how defects or aftercare matters should be reported and confirm the appropriate contact process following completion.
